Great Cultural Attractions … Great Restaurants and Stores
Great Place to Live

Where else can you find most of Philadelphia’s great cultural attractions within a few blocks walk – the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Rodin Museum, Philadelphia’s Central Library, the Franklin Institute, the Academy of Natural Sciences and even our own Eastern State Penitentiary?
Where else can you find most of Philadelphia’s wonderful events, festivals and foot, bike and boat races? Sometimes it seems that the fun never stops.
When you walk along the 1.5 mile Benjamin Franklin Parkway that connects City Hall to our neighborhood, you are immediately reminded of the famous Champs Elysees in Paris on which it was based and you’ll discover all of Philadelphia’s major cultural institution along the way.
For the more adventurous, race up the Rocky Steps of the Art Museum made famous in the Rocky movies and pose for a photo with the triumphal Rocky Statue there, segway down Kelly Drive to picturesque Boat House Row along the Schuylkill River, or bike up Lemon Hill for a picnic and great view of the city
